Pre-suit mediation is a voluntary process and a way to avoid the costs of going to court. Instead of litigants going through the court system, the parties can resolve their case within a few hours or an entire day. The initial consultation for pro se litigants to meet with the mediator to discuss what mediation is and what is to be expected and or what documents need to be brought to the actual mediation, as a curtesy to the pro se parties, MAZE Resolutions will not charge any fees. The mediator will select a neutral location that is convenient to the parties, the selected location will be absorbed to the cost of the mediation.
