Ms. Nieto brings a wealth of experience to our practice, focusing on civil mediation cases and serving as a trial strategy consultant. Her empathetic and effective approach to banking, business, contracts, litigation, and real estate matters, particularly those involving diverse cultures and Spanish-speaking clients, has garnered her widespread acclaim.

With over three decades of comprehensive legal experience, Ms. Nieto has built an outstanding reputation for her proficiency in property damage cases, complex fraud matters, personal injury litigation, and commercial bodily injury litigation. Her legal journey began as a Plaintiff counsel, where she adeptly managed personal injury and HMO claims. In 2004, Ms. Nieto founded her law firm, offering her services across Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami, Florida. For over a decade, she successfully managed a variety of litigation matters from inception to trial, representing both defense and plaintiff sides.

Ms. Nieto’s academic credentials are equally impressive. She is an alumnus of the University of Miami, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She furthered her education by earning a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Her strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish have been invaluable assets throughout her career.

Since 2015, Ms. Nieto has served as a Circuit Court Mediator, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to securing balanced and equitable solutions for her clients.
